PROTECTION FOR ELECTRICAL NETWORKS

The flash-block suppresses spikes sometimes present in the electrical network generated by direct and indirect lightnings, switching operations or impulsive energy.
The suppressor, in addition to protect the system from these transient phenomena, also adds a good damping of fluctuations arising from the switching operations of electric loads. This prevents the so-called disorders or intermittent clicks from reaching the protected equipment.
When installed upstream of a main differential switch, the suppressor protects it from shocks caused by lightnings or other overvoltages.
A green LED indicates that the device is working properly.
After several operating cycles, the static components of the device reach the end of their life and the fuses inside switch off the green LED and switch on the red LED, which indicates the need to replace the device.
THE FLASH BLOCK DEVICE WORKS IN A SAFE AND EFFICIENT WAY ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF AN EFFECTIVE EARTHING SYSTEM (LAW 46/90)
